Cookies

We use cookies to be able to follow the preferences of the users of our website and to adjust it to the benefit of our visitors accordingly. A cookie is a small text file which is transmitted from a web server to a web browser where it will be stored. The information will then be sent back to the serve the moment the browser requests a page from the server. This allows the web server to identify and track the web browser.

We use so-called session cookies to be able to track your navigation on our website. We use so-called persistent cookies so that our website can identify you at your next visit. Session cookies will be removed from your computer once you close your browser. Persistent cookies will remain on your computer until they are deleted or will expire at a date set by us.

The cookies we use are important for the website’s functionalities and will be automatically activated by us at a user visit. We also use cookies on our website to simplify its use and to transmit content which has been geared towards your information needs. None of the information collected through the cookies will allow any identification of you as a person. The cookies we use are important for providing our web offer in he first place and for its continued enhancement. In this case, data handling is based on section 6, para. 1, page 1, lit. f) GDPR. It is in our legitimate interest to provide our users with a working online offer and to make both visit and use of our website as comfortable as possible. You may delete the cookies at any time if you wish to do so. If you would further like to prevent the use of cookies altogether, you may refuse to accept cookies via your browser settings. Both may, however, result in some of our website’s functions be restricted for use or not available at all anymore. Please consult the help section of your browser for cookie setting or blocking.

Web analysis with Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies which enable an analysis of how you use the website. The information generated following your use of the website will be usually transferred to a Google server based in the US where the information will be stored. It is only in exceptional cases that the full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the US where it will then be shortened. Google will use this information on our behalf in order to evaluate your use of the website, to gather reports regarding the website activities for the website operators and in order to render additional services related to the website and Internet use. The IP address transmitted from your browser while using Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

You may prevent the installation of cookies through the appropriate settings on your browser software; please note again, however, that your use of the website and all its functions may be restricted. As an alternative to the browser plug-in you may prevent the collection through Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. This will place an opt-out cookie which will prevent future collection of your data when you visit this website: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. Please do not delete this cookie if you want to maintain your objection. Google may pass such information to third parties where this is provided for by law or to the extent where such third parties process the data as instructed by Google. Only by your actively clicking on the interactive map does your Internet set up a connection to the Google servers. Detailed information on how Google processes this data can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

You may deactivate the service of Google Maps, preventing any data transfer to Google by deactivating JavaScript on your browser. Please note, however, that you will be unable to use the map display.
